No it’s not going to blow up.
Trigger is crispier than a Tostito salsa chip.
4 different stock options available.
Stainless steel hinged top cover.
Chambered in .300blkout (and 8.6blkout next).
Still a few changes to adjust but I’m happy with its development.
Just waiting for the suppressors to arrive from B&T USA before I package these, and I need to save up some more $$$ to buy boxes to ship these with 🤣

I don’t wanna count my eggs before they hatch but…
It feels incredible to have nearly single-handedly pulled off one of the greatest firearms manufacturing projects this market has seen in a long time…
Just got back some production samples from the annodizer to make sure everything is good before we continue running.
I’m sure small tweaks will need to be adjusted here and there in time, but the hard work is finally done.
And unlike my competitors….. I didn’t have to sink MILLIONS of dollars into this either 😂 😂 😂 😂

Took the day off to finish dialing in the AR/VSS with the shop.
It’s off to anodizing once done! ✅
Receivers will be in full production mode from here on.
Next we will dial in the steel OG receivers and OG VSS parts using the same fixturing methods and techniques that are proven to work

Fixed up this M60 with some really wacky twists in the rails….
Bolt wasn’t riding smoothly and the trunnion was crooked preventing the bolt from engaging the barrel extension correctly.
While she was surgically disassembled might as well give her a nice fresh park bath. 😉

BSD ARVSS receivers coming off OP1 4th axis looking 👌
Next they will be going into OP2 for the final finish opperations.
Same process will be used for the OG VSS “cLONe COrrECT” models so the haters can quit crying 😂
They have about a 2hr cycle time each.
There is enough material on hand to make THOUSANDS of guns and we can run these DAY AND NIGHT.
I will make the 10 first guns personally to test my assembly process.
Then I will open the flood gates.

I spent some of my free time last week programing up a fixture to help cut our ARVSS receivers a bit more rigidly.
We didn’t like how they were being held, so this should solve that with a big ol BEEFY adapter plate to hold it all securely on the 4th axis.
Very happy with how it turned out, now time to run a 2nd so it’s easy to swap parts 😉

These will now get assembled into completed barrel/ gasblock combo assemblies.

Rock island .22TCM conversion to 9mm using a Ronnin arms AR9-SD barrel.
Barrel tennon had to be turned down to .750 x 16 TPI. Bolt face was slightly modified to fit a 9mm case head. Feed ramp was adjusted for a more consistent feeding angle.
Will run a modern 18x1mm mp5-SD suppressor.
Say hello to the modern day Deslile carbine.

A young kid came to the shop today and asked me if I could cut the barrel and thread it with 5/8 x 24 threads for his suppressor. 
He said his grandfather brought it back from the war and had papers.
I refused and told him to leave.

This semi auto converted MG42 was giving its owner a huge headache.. bump firing intermittently.. jamming… and just basically being totally unreliable and borderline dangerous…
It took lots of tuning to make it run smoothly.. Gas adjustments.. firing pin adjustments.. top cover replacement / adjustments.. grip stick adjustments.. and trigger work..

Just sharing my next biggest, and arguably proudest achievement in our AR/VSS / ASVAL development program…
An exquisitly designed drop in trigger pack machined from D2 tool steel and 6061 Aluminum alloy.
This converts from the rudimentary linear striker design to a hammer fired mechanism.
Cleaner, crispier, shorter, adjustable, and select fire (not shown) capability in a drop in module for easy cleaning, and replacement.
A standard option in our brand new AR/VSS weapon system package.

It’s always a great day when you see your custom drop in trigger pack come to life.
I designed this unit to be a drop in system for our .300blkout AR-VSS /AS-VAL weapon system package.
The original striker fired mechanism is flimsy and total trash for its intended use. It does now lend itself well to long term reliability as well as many other current components…
We took the current physical constraints of the receiver and designed the trigger pack to fit neatly within the weapon system for ease of disassembly / cleaning / replacement.
All whilst improving the trigger pull, reset, take-up, and break. Heavier / lighter pull weights can be easily adjusted with spring changes..
Selective fire options between semi and fully automatic capabilities are also in development.

These completed ARVSSS1 recoil rod assemblies came out absolutely spectacular.
Machined from 7075 aluminum and 4140cs.
Easy to disassemble, clean, and replace parts if needed.
Integrated and captured folding top cover release button and carrier buffer.
Captured recoil rod/ spring combo for easy disassembly.
Still deciding if I want to anodize the aluminum or leave those beautiful tool paths visible.
Now let’s build those bolt carriers while we wait for the receivers to finish being cut. 😉
